Best of Both Worlds:
Epic Ridge Soaring
Incredible thermals and XC
October 25- Nov 2, 2024
Overview
In 2019, we made our first trip to Iquique and we can’t wait to go back! Located on the coast of Northern Chile, just west of the Atacama Desert (the driest place on earth), Iquique is know to be the most flyable place in the world. No joke, the locals claim to fly 360 days per year. From epic sand dune soaring, to thermal and huge XC down the coast, this place has it all. Most pilots rack up 3-5 hours a day, dialing in ground handling , ridge soaring, and thermaling skills. Land right on the beach next to our awesome hotel with roof top pool for the afternoon siesta. This trip is not to be missed!
